Description: 35 year old Worker was in a manhole working on the job when a 18 wheel parked truck pulled forward and pinned him against the ground. Worker suffered substantial injuries and had about 5 surgeries including many skin graphs. The injuries are permanent and there was significant scarring form the surgeries. The man was permanently disabled.
Outcome: The injured worker remains disabled. We were able to successfully resolve the claim without the need for a jury trial for $3,725,000.00. The client was very pleased.
