Jason M. Ponder is an experienced family law attorney that handles all issues related to family law throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Ponder has over 4 years of experience handling cases involving dissolution of marriage, custody disputes, modifications of child support and alimony and complex paternity actions. Mr. Ponder understands and provides the personal attention necessary to your family law matter.

Mr. Ponder has extensive experience in establishment of testamentary documents including complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and living wills. Additionally, Mr. Ponder has handled or assisted in the Probate of Estates all over the State of Florida.

Mr. Ponder has handled cases in Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Brevard, Polk, Osceola, Lake, Hillsborough, Hernando and Citrus Counties.

Mr. Ponder is currently a member of the Florida Bar Association and United States Middle District Court of Florida.
