Mr. Fields began practicing with a civil litigation law firm in Minneapolis. After four years, he established his own firm specializing in helping people who have been injured or disabled. Fields Law Firm provides worker compensation representation for clients throughout Minnesota. For over twelve years, Mr. Fields has represented a diverse group of clients in a variety of settings including auto accident litigation, workers compensation, product liability and Social Security Disability.

Gabe Johnson

Gabe Johnson is a trial lawyer with Fields Law Firm. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. Gabe is licensed to practice in all Minnesota State Courts, as well as the Federal Court for the District of Minnesota and Eighth Circuit. Gabe is dedicated to achieving justice for the injured and protecting consumer rights. He helps people in many types of claims including negligence, worker compensation, and Social Security disability.

Joshua Borken

Mr. Borken is a trial lawyer with Fields Law Firm and has devoted his entire legal practice to workerÂ compensation law. Prior to joining Fields Law Firm, he represented employers and insurance companies, gaining valuable insight and knowledge into the strategies, tactics, and defenses used by insurance companies. He uses this insight to help his clients gain an edge when it comes to fighting for their workerÂ compensation benefits. Mr. Borken has represented his clients to successful conclusions in all aspects of workerÂ compensation and throughout all phases of litigation, from depositions to administrative conferences to hearings and appeals. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

Melissa Juedes

Melissa M. Juedes is a trial lawyer with Fields Law Firm. She graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. She has over five years of experience working in insurance litigation, with a special emphasis in worker compensation and representing the rights of injured workers. She has successfully represented injured workers in worker compensation disputes and claimants in Social Security disability and SSI hearings.
