I have been a lawyer for twenty years and have extensive trial experience.  In 2008 I tried cases defending civil fraud allegations; quieting title to real property; real estate litigation including adverse possession, boundary lines and easements.

I am currently assisting a client threatened with foreclosure. We are attempting to negotiate a loan modification and are exploring bankruptcy options as an alternative.  I am also handling contract and construction litigation in the home improvement and small construction areas.  This month I have assisted a client in her divorce proceeding where her soon to be ex husband is attempting to divest her of her property.  And, I have a child custody and support modification case ready to be filed.
