If you or a loved one has been injured due to someone else's negligence, an experienced attorney can help. Choosing the right attorney to handle your case can be a challenge. The law firm of Eubanks, Barrett, Fasig & Brooks stands out from the crowd.
When we opened our doors in 1983, we were among the first law firms in Tallahassee to focus specifically on personal injury and wrongful death cases. We have expanded our firm to include six lawyers, a nurse, and several highly trained paralegals experienced in handling all types of cases, including vehicle accidents and premises liability. Our firm has the resources and experience to handle the most complex matters, from medical malpractice to products liability. When you choose us as your attorneys, we will be by your side through every step of the process. We believe in customer service. One of the primary complaints we hear about other law firms is the lack of responsiveness they provide to their clients. We refuse to have that complaint made about us. When you have a question or concern, we will be here to answer it. You will be able to speak with us. We have a full, highly-trained staff to address your concerns immediately. We have a nurse on staff to ensure understanding of the medical issues you are facing, regardless of the type of injury you have sustained.
We accept all cases on a contingency basis, meaning you pay nothing unless we recover for you. We will advance all of the costs necessary to ensure that your case is prosecuted to the fullest.
At Eubanks, Barrett, Fasig & Brooks, we have built a reputation for honesty, ethics, and courtesy. We appreciate the trust you place in us.
