Experience
Elizabeth E. Agar, (Cincinnati, OH)
Attorney at Law, 1980 - present
I have 30 years of practice in the courts of southern Ohio, primarily in the fields of criminal and traffic law. I have tried murder cases where the death penalty was at stake, minor misdemeanor traffic offenses, and practically everything in between. I also handle appeals in both state and federal court. I have argued many cases before the Supreme Court of Ohio, and have won new trials or outright acquittals for clients who were on death row, or simply believed they were unjustly convicted.
