Description: Appeal of consecutive sentences for transportation and possession of cocaine
Outcome: Ohio Supreme Court ruled that consecutive sentences for possession and trafficking based on transportation or preparation are improper. Convictions merged and sentence reduced by 8 years.
State v. Jamison

Description: Capital murder case remanded for retrial due to prosecutorial misconduct in hiding favorable evidence.
