Maritime Law Firm

Doyle Raizner LLP provides reassurance and representation for families in Jones Act and other offshore maritime injury claims.

Few law firms have the experience and skill to handle complex international and transnational personal injury claims.

Today's legal world is a challenging environment for men and women in the maritime and oil and gas industries who have been injured. Big business and insurance companies have put basic legal rights to compensation in peril. When facing the challenges of bringing a Jones Act claim to court, there is no more important decision than choosing a law firm with the strength and determination to stand up for your rights.

In addition to handling Jones Act and maritime injury claims, we are proud to have had the opportunity to represent a number of American soldiers in their fight against certain military contractors. Doyle Raizner LLP is lead counsel nationwide for current and former National Guard troops from Indiana, Oregon and West Virginia in exposing Halliburton’s KBR subsidiary, and it’s role in the exposure of hundreds of American and British soldiers protecting KBR’s Qarmat Ali project in southern Iraq in 2003 to sodium dichromate (better known as hexavalent chromium in the “Erin Brockavich” movie. For more information about our military contractor practice, please visit kbrlitigation.com.

Doyle Raizner LLP also represents hundreds of home and business owners in their struggle against the insurance industry in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike. Instead of a partner, insurance companies have become an adversary. Instead of helping and promoting recovery, they have been an obstacle and a roadblock to repair and recovery. We are fortunate to assist our community in this fight against the insurance industry. For more information about our Hurricane Ike claims practice, please visit www.hurricaneikelawfirm.com.

We represent men and women injured at sea, families from the United Kingdom and Europe injured in the U.S. on holiday, and working people hurt at home and abroad. Whether our clients are forced to file a lawsuit either at home or half a world away, we understand the hardships they face during this difficult time, and we make the foreign familiar.

Our strength comes from our ability to combine proven trial experience with sophisticated legal work. We have the experience, confidence, and determination to achieve success against the difficult odds presented in today's legal environments.

Whether you were injured at sea, on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico, in an offshore helicopter accident, or while traveling or working abroad, the admiralty lawyers and personal injury attorneys of Doyle Raizner can help.
