person or by telephone.  We provide flexible hours to include evenings and
weekends where necessary.  If you can not come to us, I will travel to meet you

We represent individuals and families in the
areas of estate planning and estate and probate administration. Our estate
planning practice includes estate planning advice and the preparation of wills,
trusts, living wills, medical and general powers of attorney.

We can
also represent you as the personal representative in the handling of estates
large or small. We also represent guardians, conservators, and trustees in the
handling of their responsibilities. We have represented heirs and beneficiaries
in the litigation of will disputes.

Dennis Valentine is a member of the
Elder Law Section and the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar
Association. He is also a member of the AARP Legal Services Network in the
fields of estate planning, probate litigation, and probate administration. If
