Born and raised in Hawaii, Erin Davis graduated from The Punahou School and then received her B.A. in Public Policy from The Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. She received her legal education at Temple University where she was on the school’s Political and Civil Rights Law Review. She spent two years trying cases at The Wake County Public Defender Office as a Public Defender and later worked for a Plaintiff’s firm in Miami, Florida, Colson Hicks and Eidson. She is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Hawaii. She is a litigation associate with the firm.
