Description: Defendant stopped on roadside after leaving known drug residence. Found to be in possession of 40lbs of methamphetamine in the trunk of his vehicle.

Outcome: Defendant, originally facing 30 years to life, had entire case dismissed after David West proved that police had unlawfully stopped and seized the defendant. Mr. West also succeeded in having defendant's vehicle returned to him.
