When I left my judicial bench, I started The David Hunter Law Firm with one goal in mind - to give my clients a strong, aggressive, and effective criminal defense.

As an experienced criminal defense trial lawyer and former Texas Judge, I have seen first-hand just how complicated a successful criminal defense really is. In order to mount an effective criminal defense, a criminal defense attorney must not only have an extensive knowledge of Texas criminal law, but he must also possess an in-depth understanding of the procedures and strategies used by the police and prosecutors to convict those charged with having violated the Texas criminal laws. I have the necessary knowledge, skills, education, and experience to effectively represent you as we fight your Texas criminal arrest and Texas criminal charges.
