It is my goal to provide you with the legal knowledge and guidance you need to make an informed decision about your best option.

It is the policy of my office to make every attempt to allow the parties to work cooperatively with one another in order to minimize the financial and emotional aspects of a family law case. With that in mind, there are options we have when deciding how to proceed on your case. We can resolve family law issues through Collaborative Family Law, mediation, or the traditional court system. Once you and I have discussed your case, we can then make a decision on which approach would work best for your family.

Darquita L. Maggard graduated in 1989 from the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1992 from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.

Memberships: Oklahoma Bar Association, Family Law Section of Oklahoma Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
