I practice bankruptcy and tax law to help people turn over a new leaf in life, one without the sometimes impossible hurdles of debt and constant bills. Bankruptcy, if used correctly, can be a weapon. This weapon serves to wipe the slate clean of the repetitive calls and constant barrage from creditors. The weapon of bankruptcy was written into law so that people do not have to carry debt with them for the duration of their lives.
