Colleen has been licensed in the State of Florida since 1993 and has been licensed in the State of Nevada since 1988. Since 1993 she has been practicing at the beaches in Jacksonville in the areas of general practice, small business matters, family law, probate law, and general litigation.

In 2005, Colleen A. White became certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Family Mediator and County Court Mediator. In 2006, Ms. White completed the Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitrator Program. Today the practice is still a general practice complete with the ability to mediate and arbitrate.

The general practice areas are small business law, quite titles, corporation, collections, and general litigation.The family law portion of her practice focuses on all family law matters, including divorce, custody, relocation, adoption, contempts, and supplemental petitions. The probate law portion of her practice focuses on guardianships, all probate matters, trusts, and wills.
