Mr. Dye represents individuals with claims for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits at the administrative and Federal Court level. He has been a practicing attorney since 1995. Prior to working for Cohen, Fluhr & González, Mr. Dye practiced Social Security Disability law in Texas for six years. He has also handled civil litigation and appellate work. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Texas.
Mr. Dye received his B.A. in English from the Ohio State University and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. He holds a Master's Degree in English from the University of North Texas.
Mr. Dye is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
