Joshua Sutterfield, Member of CleanStart Law Firm

Of counsel attorney Joshua Sutterfield attended McGeorge School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Advocacy, focusing on trial practice and negotiations and settlement.

For his undergraduate degree he attended Sacramento State where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Government with cum laude honors. While in law school Mr. Sutterfield worked as a Graduate Student Assistant for the California Attorney General’s office working on complex cases.

Mr. Sutterfield is an experienced consumer bankruptcy attorney and knowledgeable real estate lawyer. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, an organization that zealously advocates for consumer debtors. Mr. Sutterfield is also a Licensed California Real Estate Broker, with experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

A proud member of the California State Bar, the American Bar Association and other applicable organizations, Mr. Sutterfield enjoys staying fully informed on recent bankruptcy and real estate matters. In his free time he enjoys bike riding, tennis and taking weekend trips to the coast.
