Adam Kim, Member of CleanStart Law Firm

Mr. Adam Kim is a native of Chicago, Illinois, who relocated to California several years ago. Mr. Kim received his Bachelors of Arts in English from DePaul University in 2000. In 2003, Mr. Kim went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law. While a student at DePaul, Mr. Kim participated in the DePaul University College of Law Legal Clinic, which litigated on behalf of physically disabled clients under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, and dealt with issues such as landlord/tenant disputes and specialized in lawsuits to ensure that buildings and businesses were providing proper access and accommodations to the disabled.

Since relocating to Sacramento, Mr. Kim has focused his practice of law primarily on business, bankruptcy and real estate litigation matters. Mr. Kim has enjoyed success as a staunch advocate on behalf of his clients who takes great pride in the quality of service he provides. With the realization that many clients view litigation and legal matters as whole to be an unpleasant and confusing prospect, Mr. Kim provides his clients with guidance along with vigorous representation throughout all stages of litigation.

Mr. Kim is a member of the California State Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Eastern District of California. In his free time, he is an avid guitar player, who also enjoys Muay Thai Kickboxing and golf.
