Patrick Clancy, Member of Clancy Litigation Group

Patrick Clancy has practiced criminal law since 1974.  He is a California Certified Criminal Law Specialist.

Mr. Clancy has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a JD in Law.

Since 1979 he has specialisted in representing those falsley accused of child molestation, rape, and internet sting cases.  He is a trainer of other attorneys in this field.  He has created streaming videos to assist lawyers and layman in this field.  There are  5 training video's for lawyers, tow educational videos for laymen, motions for lawyers, and dozen of video designed to answer your frequenty asked questions.

Mr. Clancy and Dr. Lee Coleman have written a book on the Child Protection Movement entitled "Has A Child Been Molested?"

Mr. Clancy, Dr. Lee Coleman, and Laura Pasley have created a streaming video on the subject of "Recovered Memories".  Dr. Coleman was an expert in the largest false allegation case in the United States, the McMartin Daycare trial.  Laura Pasley was the first "returnee" to successfuly sue her therapist for implanting false memories of having been molested.  This video has been shown on Public Televison.

Mr. Clancy and Dr. Lorandos were the subject of a one hour docu-drama on NBC.  Dr. Lorandos is a noted author on how to combat junk science in the court room.

Mr. Clancy's team of lawyers and experts have handled over 500 cases of false allegations of sex crimes.
