Christie D. Arkovich Bio
Ms. Arkovich attended Stetson College of Law graduating with honors in 1992 and serving on its Law Review. She then practiced with several private law firms in Tampa Bay before starting her own law practice in 1995.
Initially, the law firm focused on employee rights in employment and labor cases. Shortly after founding the firm, consumer bankruptcy law was added to complement our services to our individual clients. Now, bankruptcy and foreclosure defense represents the largest portion of our practice, but we also continue to represent employees who have been wrongfully terminated or have legal claims against their employers. We also prosecute Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations and other creditor harassment cases.
We strive to offer our clients fair prices for quality legal representation in a friendly environment.
