Daniel J. Chiacchia, Member of Chiacchia & Fleming, LLP

Mr. Chiacchia is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association Western Region Affiliate. He is admitted in New York State and Massachusetts. He is also admitted in the United States District Court, Western District.

His entire career has been dedicated to trial work. He began his career as a prosecutor in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office where he tried hundreds of criminal cases. Although much of his practice is dedicated to representing people who have been severely injured, he still maintains a fair share of Criminal and DWI cases. He has developed a reputation as an aggressive and practical attorney who routinely achieves success for his clients. He has had overwhelming success in handling motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents along with construction and premises liability injuries, including million dollar settlements and verdicts.

Mr. Chiacchia received his law degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Law and his bachelor of arts degree from Fredonia State College. Mr. Chiacchia lives in Hamburg with his wife, three daughters, and son.
