Tom McKinney is an experienced litigator in all major areas of labor and employment law, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, LAD, FLSA and New York State and City Human Rights Laws. Tom also has substantive experience in all phases of commercial and general litigation. Tom received his juris doctorate from Seton Hall University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, NY. Tom is also a graduate of the Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ.
Tom speaks annually to the entire freshman class of the Delbarton School regarding "The Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination in Schools and the Workplace." Tom served on the Board of Trustees for Employment Horizons, a not-for-profit agency which provides comprehensive employment, training and job placement services to persons with disabilities and other disadvantages in the greater Morris County, NJ area.
