Douglas J. Carroll, Jr., is a member-owner of Carroll & McDonald, LLC.  Attorney Carroll practices in the areas of employment, labor and business law throughout the State of Wisconsin.  His employment practice encompasses the entire spectrum of labor and employment laws with an emphasis on Sexual Harassment, Retaliation, Discrimination, Pre-Termination Intervention/Severance Negotiation, Whistleblowers and Wrongful Discharge.  Attorney Carroll employs a results orientated approach to legal representation tailoring his representation to the individual needs and interests of his clients.    

Attorney Carroll has litigated cases in circuit courts throughout the State of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and a multitude of State and Federal administrative agencies. Attorney Carroll has also represented clients in relation to appeals to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
