Notably, he assisted in successfully obtaining a summary judgment ruling in a personal injury and construction case which ruling he assisted in defending on appeal to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has additionally worked as part of a team that obtained numerous summary judgment rulings in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation cases. Further, Stephen participated in successfully arguing before an Oklahoma Supreme Court referee, and has participated in successfully obtaining favorable jury verdicts.
