Marc Stein, Esq. graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and law. Mr. Stein earned a juris doctorate from New York University Law School (http://www.law.nyu.edu/index.htm) and is admitted to the New York State Bar Association. Since admission, Mr. Stein has concentrated his efforts and skills in the area of matrimonial and family law. Throughout the years, Mr. Stein has dedicated himself to:

He is well-versed in asset valuation cases and equitable claims to real estate by non-titles spouses. Mr. Stein is also an expert in relocation cases as well as an advocate for Father’s rights. Mr. Stein has argued numerous cases before the Appellate Division and has recently set new precedence with respect to economic conditions warranting relocation of a custodial parent. Over the years, Mr. Stein has become a senior trial associate at Bryan L. Salamone & Associates, P.C.
