Mark was born in Long Island, NY and moved to San Diego in 1981 to attend law school. Mark lives his life to its fullest and carries this philosophy into his practice of law. Having a passion for life helps him understand the devastation a catastrophic injury can cause victims and their families. He lost an older brother in a car accident 28 years ago and can relate to the pain and suffering associated therewith.

He enjoys righting wrongs and finding creative solutions to difficult situations. Sometimes a memorial plaque dedicated in honor of a lost loved one can mean the difference between settling a case or going to trial.
