John Breakfield has spent his legal career fighting for his clients throughout Georgia and Gainesville, Hall County.

A graduate of Wofford College and Mercer law school, John handles a number of different legal areas.  He has diligently worked with his clients in cases involving auto accidents, tractor trailer wrecks, property damage, D.U.I.’s, negligence, intentional torts, slip and fall, wrongful death, as well as criminal defense and general litigation.

As a lawyer in the criminal defense field, John understands the process and has assisted clients in dealing with various felony and misdemeanor charges.  Whether through trial, plea bargain or dismissal, he has dealt with important issues like motions to suppress, Miranda Rights, probable cause and other rights and protections.
