Paul M. Dominguez is an associate attorney at the Branch Law Firm and is a native New Mexican.  Mr. Dominguez graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law and earned his under-graduate degree from the University of Houston, graduating with honors with a B.S. in Economics and English.  He has actively participated in mass tort litigation, including Asbestos, Avandia, Baycol, Bextra, Rezulin, Levaquin, Yaz/Yasmin, Vioxx and Zimmer Durom Cup Hip Replacements.  Mr. Dominguez has also successfully contributed on a variety of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and neglect and product liability cases and projects.  Mr. Dominguez is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico, U.S. District Court District of New Mexico, and U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit.

Areas of Practice:  Mass Torts, Pharmaceutical Litigation, Products Liability, Medical Negligence, Wrongful Death, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, and Trucking Liability.
