Mr. Komanecky has almost 20 years experience and concentrates his practice exclusively to matters relating to Immigration and Nationality Law.   He serves individuals, corporations, religious organizations, professional employees and other enterprises in most every aspect of Immigration Law.

Mr. Komanecky’s practice includes Family Based Immigration, Non-Immigrant Employment Visas, Employment Based Permanent Residence maters, Removal Proceedings and Naturalization and Citizenship.

Immigration Law is Federal Law and Mr. Komanecky handles matters throughout the country.
