She also specializes in working with U.S. consulates and embassies around the world in obtaining visas.

Ms. Buhler also represents foreign nationals before the Department of Homeland Security's Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, as well as other state and federal agencies. Additionally, she advises employers of hiring foreign nationals, immigration compliance issues, and cross border employee matters. She also practices in both the Utah state and federal courts.

Ms. Buhler's prior work experience includes Pro Bono Guardian Ad Litem for children in Utah Fourth District Court, and Conflict Prosecutor for several Utah County cities. Ms. Buhler also practices, when her time permits, contract and employment law.
