We work for families
At Bobzien McGuire, LLP, we work exclusively in family law matters. Our lawyers offer broad experience and knowledge of Oregon family law including divorce, dissolution of domestic partnerships, child custody and child support, parenting-time and visitation, creation of domestic partnerships and pre-nuptial agreements, step-parent adoptions, and domestic violence issues.
Firm partner Andrew J. Bobzien is licensed in both Oregon and Washington, in addition to the Warm Springs and the Colville Confederated Tribal bar associations. Mr. Bobzien has also served as an associate judge at the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community.
Firm partner Patricia L. McGuire is licensed to practice before the Oregon state courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A former litigation partner at Davis Wright Tremaine, Ms. McGuire is experienced in trial and settlement of complex financial disputes.
Associate Becky Dougan is licensed to practice before the Oregon state courts. She is a combat veteran, having served in Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War from 1990 to 1991 with the Oregon Army National Guard's 206th Transportation Detachment. Becky was honorably discharged at the rank of 1st Lieutenant in 1998. Becky is a member of the American Bar Association, Oregon State Bar, Oregon State Bar Family Law Section, Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners, Multnomah County Bar Association, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and she participates in meetings conducted by the Multnomah County Family Law Advisory Committee.
