Tim is happily married to his wife, Allison, and they have two children whom they adore, Zach and Samantha. Tim and his family live in Jacksonville Beach, and spend their free time biking and visiting the beach. When Tim is not in the courtroom, or relaxing with his family, he spends his time golfing and surfing.

Born: San Antonio, Texas, June 28, 1969; admitted to the Florida Bar, 1996.

Education & Experience: Florida State University (B.S. 1992); Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 1996). Phi Delta Phi. Assistant State Attorney, Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, 1996-2000; Dozens of solo circuit jury trials, including arson, vehicular homicide, attempted murder, aggravated battery, grand theft, burglary, DUI, insurance fraud, as well as numerous circuit civil jury trials. Former insurance defense lawyer with a private law firm in Jacksonville, Florida.
