Mark Papa, Member of Harrell and Harrell

Mr. Papa was born in Manila, Philippines in 1972 but was raised in Jacksonville, Florida.

He attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree and then Florida State University for law school.

He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and serves as a Volunteer Attorney for the Guardian Ad Litem program, helping find foster children permanent homes.

Mr. Papa and his wife, Kelly, are the proud parents of four children -- all girls. When Mr. Papa is not helping people obtain the Social Security Disability benefits they earned and deserve, he enjoys watching his girls participate in school and athletic events.
