Ben Weaver, Member of Harrell and Harrell

Ben Weaver graduated from Hanover College and accepted a Federal Clerkship following his graduation from the University of Indiana Law School.

He has served as the President of the Broward County Chapter, President of the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (FLABOTA), President of the Florida Chapters of the American Board of Trial Advocates (FLABOTA) and served by special appointment on the National Board of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He was a founding member of the Broward Chapter of the American Inns of Court. He is a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice and a Proctor of the Maritime Law Association.

He is married to Dianne Weaver, a principal in the firm, and his favorite pastime is skiing, mountain biking and fishing with his sons.
