Biddle Law Firm started out as a family affair, with Jeff as the attorney and Mary Catherine as the paralegal/office manager. We worked from home with four children sometimes in the background after school let out. We have focused our practice on the areas of law that affect families most predominantly...family law and bankruptcy. We offer our clients a level of service not seen elsewhere and have grown accordingly. In 2009, we added a full-time family law paralegal, Kim Campbell, who boasts over 20 years of legal experience and is the proud mother of a pre-teen son. In 2010, we added Ryan Hardy as an associate attorney of the firm and Jason Treguboff as another paralegal. Biddle Law Firm is a family of professionals dedicated to treating you like family.
We all understand the challenges of both being married and being parents and the ups and downs of both. Our experiences help us to relate to you and the challenges that you are currently facing.
Have you ever had a meeting with an attorney and left with the feeling that you just met with “your attorney”? Although that is sometimes necessary, it is the exception, not the rule at Biddle Law Firm, PLLC. When you meet with us, you are sitting down with a friend. We don’t judge by appearances or situations or pass judgment on anyone. It is our desire that you leave every meeting and end every contact with us with a feeling that you have just spoken with a friend and confidant, not some omniscient superior “lawyer”. Although we may have more knowledge in law, it is equally important that we know your family and your situation so that we can best represent you throughout your legal representation. You and your family come first at our firm and we are dedicated to doing everything within our power to getting you the results you desire.
We have limited our practices areas to those that we are most familiar with so that we can best assist you with your issues. If you need help in areas we do not practice, however, we will gladly give you references to other excellent attorneys that do practice in these areas.
