During the more than six years that Ms. Baybik Berger has been an attorney, she has represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the U.S. Consulates abroad, and defended clients in the immigration courts.

Erena D. Baybik Berger has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in New York, New York, and a Master's degree in Comparative Law from Moscow State University in Moscow, Russia.

She was admitted to the New York State Bar in April of 2002. She is also admitted to practice before all of the Immigration Courts in the United States. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
