Justin Baxter, Member of Baxter & Baxter, LLP

Justin Baxter's practice focuses on consumer litigation with an emphasis on credit reporting and unlawful debt collection cases. He is the past chair of the OSB Consumer Law Section. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.

He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1999, and a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 2007. He received his J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, where he was a member of the Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law.

In 2007, he obtained a $200,000 verdict against Equifax for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.*
