I have been a lawyer since 1976 practicing for most of the time under the name of Baker & Armistead.
I handle a variety of personal injury cases. Currently, other than the usual personal injury from auto accidents, I have 2 suits against 2 different county school boards. One for a child who was seriously injured by the negligence of a school bus driver and the other who was wrongfully abused by a teacher and the aides. I am handling a case against the manufacturer of a hammer for a defect in that hammer which caused the head of the hammer to splinter and penetrate the torso of my client.
These, along with injuries from car crashes, are just an example of the types of claims I handle.
