Ira Azulay is the CEO and a Member of AzulaySeiden and oversees the business and operations of the firm, including its global expansion strategy. Within the past couple of years, AzulaySeiden has opened offices in Manila, Philippines; Phoenix, Arizona and Belgrade, Serbia, adding to its offices in Tampa, Florida; Milwaukee, Wisconsin and its main office in Chicago, Illinois.  Mr. Azulay is always exploring other US and international locations, in order to bring high caliber assistance to more people in more places.  Under his direction, AzulaySeiden has grown into one of the leading US immigration law firms.

Mr. Azulay emphasizes a focus on client service in every matter, including the importance of staff and attorney accessibility, and client understanding no matter what language they speak.  Mr. Azulay and the firm strive to provide each client with high quality immigration solutions in order to help them make their dream of living and working in the United States a reality.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Azulay previously co-founded an independent production company, Fusefilter Pictures, Inc. Mr. Azulay also headed business development for Vivcom, Inc., a company that pioneered a new way to index video utilizing MPEG-7. Prior to that, Mr. Azulay was vice president of Wired Planet, Inc., an online entertainment company, and ran its business, legal and financial operations. In September, 2000, Wired Planet was acquired by Listen.com, which was later acquired by Real Networks, Inc. (RNWK). Mr. Azulay previously practiced with the law firms of Perkins Coie LLP in the San Francisco Bay Area and D'Ancona & Pflaum LLP in Chicago. In addition to his current areas of focus, Mr. Azulay has also handled venture capital financings and initial public offerings.
