Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Unversity of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1987.  Then graduated from the University of Utah School of Law in 1990.  Is a member of the Utah State Bar's Estate Planning, Litigation and Business Law sections. Is a member of the bar in the district courts of the State of Utah, the Federal District Courts for the State of Utah, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  Practices in the areas of estate planning, business, family law and general civil litigation.
