Haleh C. Naimi founded Advocate Solutions and has been a practicing lawyer for more than a decade. Ms. Naimi has expertise in all facets of bankruptcy, business reorganization, restructuring, insolvency, and debtor-creditor relations having represented parties on all sides of bankruptcy and related transactions. She has comprehensive experience in Chapter 11 business reorganizations from middle-market to large corporate restructurings and has represented individuals, corporate debtors, lenders, creditors committees, fiduciaries and other parties in interest in restructuring, Chapter 11 and non-judicial workouts. She has actively represented parties in some of the country's largest bankruptcy proceedings, including WorldCom, Owens Corning, Integrated Health Services, Pittsburg Corning, 360networks, Dana Corp., and Archdiocese of Portland Oregon.

Ms. Naimi also has broad general experience in commercial, corporate and real estate matters and has represented individuals, small business owners, developers, and lenders in documenting and restructuring real estate finance matters.

Ms. Naimi is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where she earned her LL.M. in Taxation and a Dean’s List graduate of Southwestern University School of Law. Before undertaking legal studies, Ms. Naimi earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics Applied Science and Economics from UCLA. Ms. Naimi began her legal career clerking for United States Bankruptcy Judge Arthur M. Greenwald, in the Central District of California. Following her clerkship, she joined the internationally recognized law firm Kaye Scholer in their New York office before launching her own technology company and law practice. Ms. Naimi is admitted to practice in the States of California and New York.
