Biography:
Holly is a New Hampshire native, born in Nashua and raised in Sandown. She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 1996 and her law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2000. She was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2000 and to the Massachusetts Bar in 2001. During law school, Holly served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Norman Stahl at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. For her first two years after law school, Holly served as a law clerk to the justices of the New Hampshire Superior Court. Most recently, Holly served as a law clerk to the Hon. Joseph P. Nadeau at the New Hampshire Supreme Court, before joining Abramson, Brown and Dugan in 2003.
Holly is an active, sustaining member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice formerly known as the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and has attended several national conventions and served on several committees. Holly is also very active in the American Bar Association, serving on the Young Lawyer’s Division Litigation and Health Law Committees and she was selected for the ABA Commission on Women - Women in Law Leadership Academy, which she attended in Chicago, IL in March 2006. In August 2007, Holly attended the National Conference of Women’s Bar Association’s Leadership Summit in San Francisco, CA, as a representative of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. In the New Hampshire Bar Association, she has served on the Editorial Boards of the New Hampshire Bar Journal and the New Hampshire Bar News since 2004, and she was selected as Chairperson of the New Hampshire Bar News Editorial Board in 2006. Holly is a sustaining member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, serving on the Board of Directors since 2006 as the Public Relations Officer, and she is a regular contributor to the quarterly newsletter. Holly is also active in her community as a member of the Southern New Hampshire Women’s Business Network, the Manchester Young Professionals Network, and the Manchester Bar Association.
