Biography:

Eva was born in Fürth, Germany and raised in New Jersey. She received her nursing degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1969 and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Temple University in 1979. Eva has been a Registered Nurse since 1970. Eva changed careers and went on to earn her law degree from the Temple University School of Law in 1983. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey Bar in 1983 and was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2004.

Prior to law school, from 1970-1977, Eva served as an assistant administrator and director of nursing at a privately-owned 300-bed facility for profoundly socially and developmentally delayed children. She also served as a staff nurse at a maximum security facility for the mentally ill from 1969-1970.

From 1983 to 2007, Eva litigated cases for a firm in Philadelphia and New Jersey. During her time at that firm, Eva’s practice was focused in the area of personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and toxic torts. In 2008, Eva joined Abramson, Brown & Dugan, bringing her significant experience with nursing and litigation to our practice devoted to medical malpractice.

Eva’s twenty-five years of practicing law have been devoted to representing catastrophically injured plaintiffs in medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, and toxic tort cases.
