Visa Filing

There are many types of visas offered for foreign citizens wishing to visit or stay in the United States. These visas include, but are not limited to: Visitor Visa(B-1 & B-2), for temporary tourist, medical, or business travel; Work Visa (H-1B), for employment in the United States; Fiancé Visa (K-1), for fiancés of U.S. citizens; Student and Exchange Visa (J) for exchange students and au pairs; Australian Professional Occupation (E-3); Spouse Visa (K-3) for spouses of U.S. citizens. Persons wising to receive a visa must complete the appropriate application for their purposes. Visa filing policy and procedures have recently changed, so there may be some delays in processing new applications. Most applications are approved within 60 days, but give yourself plenty of time to receive your visa before your intended travel date arrives.
