Motion In Limine

Motion in Limine is to be pronounced as “limb-in-nay” basically this word has been arrived from the Latin language. This word is generally used in court orders. Motion in limine means, In court judgements according to the judge rule when a particular evidence may not produced for the trial then a motion can be made in the beginning of the trial requesting. This generally happens when undergoing criminal cases or trial and when the evidence is in certain limitations to produce in court, in such conditions the statement made without reading their rights. This is called as motion of limine. A group producing particular evidence can also ask for the approval to bring certain evidence through motion in limine. This tactic can be especially useful in the case if the permitablity of certain evidence is difficult to a group's case is in doubt. If a motion is ordered and if the opposite party disobey, then the judge may order for a mistrial or impose sanctions of the offending peoples.
