Environmental Law

Due to the enormous environmental pollution caused by simple every day activities, certain factories or plants also have to comply with environmental laws in order to ensure adequate treatment of our planet. Unfortunately, money is a motivating factor for many to ignore environmental laws in order to quickly make a dime.

If you are aware of any violations against the environment, please contact one of our environmental attorneys.

Environmental law is concerned with any environmental issues regarding individuals, businesses and government entities. Environmental law dictates certain use of property and prohibits the dumping of toxic waste or any other hazardous material.

Unfortunately, environmental disasters had to happen, such as nuclear reactor accidents or major oil spills, in order to really understand the scope of environmental pollution and the importance of governing laws and regulations.

Environmental assessment report (“ear”)

In order to avoid future environmental catastrophes, federal agencies use this preliminary tool to examine potential effects of a proposed project on the natural environment. Depending on this document the environmental impact statement may be drafted.
