In New Hampshire, there are two different ways to be charged with a DUI. The first is by driving recklessly. The arresting officer may use circumstantial evidence against you, such as the result of your field sobriety test, your driving patterns, and your physical appearance. The second method of charging someone with a DUI is if your blood alcohol content is over .08 percent. No matter which of these two reasons is used to convict you, New Hampshire law has a list of consequences. These include jail time, fines, and, of course, your license will be suspended.
