No matter what the circumstances behind the DUI, in Idaho every driver who receives on gets an automatic suspension of their license unless they set up a hearing with the Transportation Department within seven days. This means that there is a very limited time frame in which to act on your DUI before you find yourself without a license for at least three months. This length of time will be increased for every following DUI to one year if you do not contact anyone.
