In Arizona there is a variance in the degree of the charges you will be faced with depending on what your blood alcohol concentration is when you are charged. For example, you can receive a harsher charge if your alcohol concentration is .15 or greater within three hours after your arrest. This is considered an aggravated or extreme DUI and the penalties are much harsher. And, if there is someone in the car with you who is under legal driving age you could be facing a felony charge.
