A no-fault divorce will be granted if both parties agree to irreconcilable differences. A fault based divorce will be granted if grounds are met such as: polygamy, a spouse was absent for over year, adultery, extreme cruelty, fraud, gross negligence, habitual drunkenness, or if a spouse was imprisoned when the divorce was filed.
